We have got both ways available.Training sessions are available on site where our trainer goes at client’s location and they deliver the program and we make sure that only subject matter expert with expertise in that particular subject delivers the program and we also have online training program where we can conduct it in form of a webinar or maybe an interactive session in form of a VC with 25 or more people. So both the things are available and also we have got a LMS system, learning management system where we can actually record a video of the training in form of animation video or a live shot video. Then we have a write up on the topic, maybe 10-15 lines on that topic which is there in the video and then we have a multiple choice question, if you attempt and you clear 70% or above or whatever criteria the client wants, then instantly a certificate is printed and also client at the back end can see the work in progress or started or not started, complete dashboard of the invitees.
